Reimagining Heritage: Immersive, Interactive Technologies & Storytelling

What do 'immersive' and 'interactive' really mean and can these technologies help us reimagine the way we tell heritage stories?

Panelists; Bethany Watrous (Experience Heritage); Grace Moore (University of York); and Zulfiya Hamzaki (University of York) explored immersive and interactive technologies and storytelling methods and their applications to heritage stories.

The panelists expertise covered interactive media and digital technologies (VR, AR, 360 degree filmmaking, interactive documentaries and 3D), Archaeology and Film. We're interested in the cross-over between these disciplines and how they can be utilised for storytelling.
