EDUCATE '23/'24 - An Inspector Calls: GCSE Revision Videos

FOUR WHEEL DRIVE launches the next EDUCATE season for the new academic year (2023 - 2024)

The team will create engaging character revision videos for An Inspector Calls by J.B Priestley, a core text for GCSE English students.

The videos will be released for free online in the coming months.

Immersive experience; The Trial of Margaret Clitherow.

FOUR WHEEL DRIVE launches their next big project, an immersive experience in the Guildhall under their project name IMMERSE. 

Step into the council chambers, 1586, for the infamous trial of Margaret Clitherow. She has been accused of harbouring catholic priests, a crime punishable by death. The council must act to protect its integrity.

A new play written to allow the audience to have a choice and shape the outcome.

The Trial of Margaret Clitherow will be performed in the council chambers of The Guildhall on the 8th and 9th December

CONNECT festival, a new creative festival in York offered opportunities for early career creatives to showcase their work and connect with industry leaders.

8 new plays, accompanied by workshops, masterclasses, and panel discussion across 5 days at Theatre@41, July 19^th – 23^rd.

A Midsummer Day's Dream | 5th August

Step into a world of enchantment on a Midsummer Day in August. Let your imagination soar as you venture into a faraway forest, where fairies dance and magic fills the air. Allow yourself to be whisked away by the sounds of live music as you play along with us.

In this 45-minute interactive adaptation, audiences are transported to a mystical fairy forest brimming with magic, mischief and live music. So grab a boom-wacker and immerse yourself in this summer celebration of Shakespeare.

This performance is suitable for families with children aged 7-11.
